Modalities Explained

Reiki Energy Healing
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and healing that works with your body's natural life force energy. During a session, I use gentle hand placements to channel healing energy through your body, creating deep relaxation and a profound sense of peace and wellbeing.

Microchanneling (RevitaPen)
This advanced treatment creates tiny micro-channels in the skin, allowing active ingredients to penetrate deeper for maximum effectiveness. Unlike traditional microneedling, which can be aggressive and cause significant inflammation, microchanneling uses a gentler approach that stimulates the skin without trauma.

This non-invasive, painless treatment delivers beautiful results both on and beneath the skin's surface. Using a smooth stone tool with intentional pressure and specific strokes, Gua Sha stimulates acupressure points while clearing fluid buildup that can cause puffiness and dullness.
